What is this store's return and exchange policy?

I do not refund or exchange. If you receive faulty, broken, or damaged products, you have 24 hours to contact me with pictures. However, I am not liable or responsible for any of my products that are not bought directly from me or my stockist.  

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing is 3-5 days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

PRE-ORDER DETAILS

Pre-orders can take up to 2 weeks or longer to be processed and shipped. If you buy a item that is marked pre-order and, an item that is not marked pre-order, you will have to wait until the pre-order item is ready to be shipped.
